Meet Your Guide
Hi, I’m Eileen. I’m a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor (with training directly from the creators of Intuitive Eating), a Holistic Health Coach (trained through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition), and a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) specializing in therapeutic practices for nervous system regulation.
I’m also currently completing advanced training to become a Registered Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), deepening my ability to support clients through a body-centered, trauma-informed lens.
My work is rooted in a whole-person approach to wellness. I believe that how we relate to food often mirrors how we relate to life—and that true peace, ease, and freedom come from nourishing ourselves on every level: physically, emotionally, and mentally.
This work is deeply personal to me. I spent years struggling with food, exercise, and my body, and I know what it’s like to live with a dysregulated nervous system. I also struggled with chronic pain and debilitating anxiety, and I understand how these challenges can deeply affect your day-to-day life.
Everything I teach comes not just from professional training, but from lived experience and the healing journey I’ve walked myself. I know firsthand how chronic pain, sleep issues, anxiety, and a dysregulated nervous system can impact every aspect of life, including our relationship with food, exercise, and our bodies.
Healing the nervous system is the foundation for true transformation. It’s often the missing link that allows us to release rigid food rules, body fixation, and the all-or-nothing patterns with movement—whether that looks like pushing too hard or feeling unable to start.
When we feel safe in our bodies, lasting change becomes possible.
I’m passionate about helping others address the root causes of their struggles, guiding them to find balance, peace, and lasting healing in both their bodies and minds.
Today, I support clients in reclaiming their relationship with food and movement by working with the nervous system, so they can experience food freedom, body peace, and a life that feels aligned with who they truly are.
